Saturday, November 8, 11:00a.m.: Squirrel Stole My Underpants 
at Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway
Have a big laugh at this half human, half puppet adventure tale at the Symphony Space. Children and adults are sure to be entertained by this silly show. Adults: $21, Children: $14

Sunday, November 9, 10:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. Gingerbread Build for Habitat NYC
at Dylan’s Candy Shop, 1011 3rd Avenue
Step into the candy wonderland of Dylan’s Candy Shop to build you’re very own Gingerbread house. All ticket sales go toward Habitat NYC to help build housing for low-income individuals. Tickets are $125 for the build ($75 for additional siblings).

 

Tuesday, November 11, 11:25a.m.: America’s Parade, 95th Annual Veteran’s Day Parade
at Madison Square Park up Fifth Avenue
Pay homage to our country’s veterans by attending the 95th Annual Veteran’s Day Parade. 

Saturday, November 15, 11:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. The Great Randall’s Island Treasure Hunt
at Randall’s Island (Icahn Stadium)
Children will be armed with a map, compass and clues as they embark on a fun treasure hunt around Randall’s Island. After the hunt, stay for light refreshments and arts and crafts. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All ages welcome, suggested for children ages 8+. 

Wednesday, November 26 3:00p.m. – 10:00p.m., Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade Balloon Inflation
at 79th Street and Columbus
Rather than fighting the Thanksgiving Parade crowd Thanksgiving morning, head over to the Upper West Side one day early to watch the balloon inflation. It’s fun to see the behind-the-scenes prep and how the balloons come to life!
