In Fitness Warriors, children will learn the basic elements of crossfit movements using a combination of games and activities. The exercises performed during class are suitable for any child with extra energy, athletic potential and a thirst for fun! Trainers of the program will introduce a variety of fun-filled conditioning activities designed to improve coordination and strength as well as boost social skills and self-esteem.
