Scoot and Skate (Ages 3.6 – 4.11 years) – Coach Micah will have your little ones scooting in no time. Our new Scoot and Skate class gets children comfortable and confident riding on wheels. Students will start off learning how to master their scooter through games and techniques that will help them with their manipulation and control. From scooting, Micah moves on to his 5-Step Method to get kids up and riding on skateboards. This step-by-step technique is proven to build a proper foundation to safely ride their skateboard.

Skateboarding (Ages 5+) – This mixed age group class will incorporate the 5-Step Method to build a proper foundation to be a strong skater moving forward. Coach Micah will work with children first getting them comfortable, through agility exercises and coordination skills to help them learn to ride more efficiently while having fun!

Warriors (Ages 3-7+) – Formerly Fitness Warriors, this revamped program combines HIIT, flexibility sets and full-body mobility movements to help further develop your child athlete. Warriors is an energizing class that incorporates interval training to keep kids interested and motivated.

Music, Cooking and Gym (Ages 3-4.11) – This might be the perfect combination of classes, especially for the child with many interests. Explore different instruments and musical genres in music class, mix up tasty recipes in the kitchen and learn new physical skills in the gym! There’s something for everyone and your child is sure to learn a new thing or two.
