Bring Kitchen Little to your very own kitchen. Today we’re baking Chocolate Mint Croissants!

Recipe:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry dough
  • 16 mint chocolates
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

What You’ll Do:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Take 1 triangle of puff pastry and use a rolling pin to make it longer and wider.
  • Add 1 mint chocolate to the bottom of the triangle.
  • Roll up the croissant starting at the bottom to the top.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top.
  • Repeat to complete all 16 croissants.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.

Bonus: Green Whipped Cream

Recipe:

  • 1 cup of chilled heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2-3 drops of green food coloring

What You’ll Do:

  • Whip heavy cream in a stand mixer until the cream creates soft peaks.
  • Add in sugar and food coloring and continue to whip until you get stiff peaks.
