CHEF AND EDUCATOR, KITCHEN LITTLE COOKING SCHOOL

Ashley Lonsdale grew up cooking in the kitchen with her father in Miami, Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in advertising she moved to New York to pursue a career in her course of study. It was not long before she decided to attend the French Culinary Institute and fulfill her dreams of working full time in the food industry. She has worked in restaurant and catering kitchens and enjoys both pastry and savory cooking.
