Fruit salads are the perfect time to introduce new fruits to children. Try adding one fruit that your child has not tasted before. Allow them to help prepare the fruit to add into the salad.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries (Kitchen Little used raisins and it tasted great!)
  • 1 Bose Pear
  • 1 Gala Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  1. Chop and peel the apple
  2. Peel and slice the banana
  3. Mix the fresh fruit with the dried cranberries, lemon juice and honey
  4. Top with fresh mint
