Summer is here but that is no excuse to miss out on your gymnastics training. Use these exercises to stay fit, flexible and strong throughout the summer months!

Please note: Only attempt these activities in a safe place under your parent or guardian’s direct supervision. Do not attempt skills which are beyond your ability. Have fun!


Left and Right Leg Splits: Hold 1 minute each side

Middle Split: Hold 2 Minutes

Bridge with Armpits Past Wrists: Hold for 30 Seconds (2x)

Standing Pike: 30 Seconds (2x)

Sitting Pike Pointed: Hold for 30 Seconds (2x)

Sitting Pike Flexed: Hold for 30 Seconds (2x)
