This week Kitchen Little’s secret ingredient is tofu! Packed with protein and low in calories, tofu is not just for vegetarians. It is made from soybeans and is incredibly versatile – we even used it to make a delicious dessert!

Fun Foodie Tip: Use tofu as a replacement for mayonnaise.

Skip the Mayonnaise:
1 Package Silken Tofu
1.5 Tsp Vinegar
1.5 Tsp Dijon Mustard (or Dry Mustard)
1 tsp Honey
1 Tsp Salt
Mix all ingredients together in your food processor for a high protein, low calorie substitution to mayo!
