Inspired by one of Kitchen Little’s favorite books, Love Monster and the Last Chocolate by Rachel Bright, the chefs whipped up some chocolate covered strawberries. A quick and delicious recipe and edible craft. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Strawberries
  • Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts
  • Red Sprinkles
  • Wilton Candy Eyes
  • Paper Lollipop Sticks

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Wash and COMPLETELY dry strawberries. Note: Chocolate does not like water.
  2. Push lollipop sticks into the leafy end of the strawberries. Be careful not to push the stick all the way through.
  3. Melt chocolate Candy Melts according to package.
  4. Dip strawberries into melted chocolate. 
  5. Quickly sprinkle on sprinkles and add Eyes. Melting chocolate dries very fast.
  6. ENJOY!
